Some timbers, like Western Red Cedar, naturally resist moisture, but for high-humidity areas, Poly Shutters may be a better option.
No! They only need occasional dusting or a quick wipe to keep them looking great for years.
While motorization is more common with blinds, some shutter configurations can be customised with tilting mechanisms for added convenience. High windows, for example, are often motorised with Shutter motors attached to the tilt rods.
We provide a comprehensive warranty covering materials, installation and workmanship. We offer, at a minimum, a full 15 year warranty on our Timber Shutters, and 30 year warranty on our PVC Shutters. No quibbles, no arguments, not pro-rata – FULL warranty to replace or repair if any issues with the materials, hardware (hinges etc) or even paint/stain finish.
