Constructed with high-quality, extruded aluminum profiles for enhanced durability and strength. Aluminium is milled, manufactured overseas and then imported whereas the eZIP product is milled and manufactured in Australia.

Maximum Width

7 metres maximum, achieved with a heavy duty (larger) tube.

Maximum Drop

5 metres is achievable, but we’d recommend not having a headbox for this size awning.

Side Channels

Feature a depth of 35mm, ensuring stability and smooth operation for large blinds.

z-LOCK™ Component

Patented zip-guided system designed to maintain fabric tension and secure positioning in expansive installations.

Wind Resistance

Install a wind sensor and don’t have this blind down in winds greater than 25 km/h.

Fabric Options

Headbox and Tube Specifications

For blinds exceeding 16 sqm, the larger 150mm headbox profile and a 78mm heavy-duty tube are required to ensure structural integrity and smooth operation.

Blinds under 16 sqm can typically utilise the standard 120mm headbox profile with a 63mm tube.
