We work with many builders and their clients here at Aurora. We know that you need to budget a long way out for your project, so obtaining a quote in advance is critical for this process.
That’s why we quote off of your plans, drawings, window schedules or dream drawings.
This quote will be valid for up to 18 months and all products have a minimum of 15 year product warranty, some have up to 30 years. Our warranties include the installation too, by our own staff – no subcontractors.
Send us any documentation and notes accompanying that may help your project, and we will provide you with a written quote as soon as possible – normally within 48hrs.
Then, if you’re happy with our quote and service, we only require a $200 deposit to lock that price and quote in for up to 18 months. We don’t need 10%, 30% or even 50% that others ask for. The $200 fee is simply to lock it in, allowing us to procure stock well in advance.
It’s even quicker and better if you send us a quote you have already received from a competitor or online supplier, so we can match/compare product selections.
