If you get a quote or design consultation with another window furnishings company, you can experience average/poor marketing tactics, customer service and sales tactics. It’s very common for retailers to buy something, add a 100% markup, and then add the cost of their fitting. In many cases, the markup is much higher than this percentage, but then they try and trick the consumer by offering sales/promotions by marking it down. E.g. “Event – Up to 40% off”.

It's very common to buy something for $100, mark it up by 100-400%, then add their installation/electrician charge, only to then run sales events. Stop and question how genuine this approach it. Also question the fine print on the terminology in ads. | Fair, transparent and honest pricing: We have the best pricing for the highest quality products, and we can prove it. Imagine paying 50% deposit, waiting up to 12 weeks for your delivery, only to then be told you have to pay the remaining 50% before they'll even book your installation in. Crazy!
