Here at Aurora Designs, we believe in doing things right. They might be different to how others do things, but our Core Values give us guidance on how we should treat our clients, our team and our family.

We are committed to providing THE BEST warranties for our industry. Our installations carry the same length of warranty as our products do. We achieve this by;

Working exclusively with a number of local workrooms.
Refusing to buy from cheap/imitation suppliers in China or elsewhere.
We source the best products that have already been proven. We won’t be guinea pigs for someone’s new product that hasn’t been tested.
We demand very strict QA processes from our partners, insisting they can monitor and deliver the quality we demand every time.
We rigorously test products before and after we’ve installed them, to ensure they meet our high expectations.
Motors and automation systems are well tested before we get to your home.

We spend more time checking your products than the time it takes our experts to make them.
All our products and raw materials are provided by people with longstanding reputations and businesses.
We refuse to source inferior fabrics, made and sold cheap. We are lucky to work with the best.
We only work with the very best local technicians and qualified tradespeople. To install your product, we don't simply want to give a days onboarding and get the person to watch videos to learn, we want decades of experience on your project.

We back our processes and experience so much that we offer an extended full warranty on that product. There are no hidden rules or stipulations. Every locally made product from Aurora Designs comes with a standard 12 year full warranty. This is not pro-rata, this is not partial – this is full. We are committed to replacing or fixing to the required standard within the first 12 years after we have installed your products.

On some products, we can even offer an extended warranty of 15 years, and some items up to 30 years.
